With her background as a college professor in marketing and strategy, Lauren brings the heart of a teacher to you and your business. She is also the CEO and Co-Founder of Content Defined, a full-service digital marketing agency, brand consultancy, and content development studio.
When not partnering with entrepreneurs and business owners, Lauren serves Christian Business Fellowship as the Northwest Chicagoland Chapter President. She also shares her expertise through various business associations and industry groups throughout Chicagoland.
Even with a strong, diverse experience in all areas of digital marketing, Lauren's love of helping people shines through. Her career history runs the gamut — from non-profits and ministries to large corporations to small businesses— giving her a unique perspective into the challenges each face.
Past and current clients include national restaurant franchisees, luxury home service companies, employment recruitment agencies, medical device manufacturers, financial and insurance service firms, IT consultants, community non-profit organizations, industry publications, and more.
Lauren earned her B.A. in Marketing from Indiana Wesleyan University and also holds certifications in Social Media Strategy, Social Media Selling, Email Marketing, and Inbound Marketing. A mother of two and devoted wife, Lauren enjoys both solo and family-oriented hobbies like gardening, home construction projects, beach visits, rock climbing, skiing, kayaking, and biking.
